Introduction

I trained as a nurse. After 30 years of devoted service between management, sales, commerce, hotel and restaurant management, I wanted to move towards something even more rewarding and useful.

As I have always been interested in eastern philosophy and medicine, I started my new path in Shiatsu, Amma massage therapy and Ayurveda massages in India, Thailand, Japan and Nepal.
From 2012 onwards, I trained in body mind therapy as well as somatotherapy.
After that, I went into sophrology and luxopuncture therapy.

All these disciplines have common points.
They work together to improve the lives of others from their home or workplace.
I have also worked with customers with disabilities or with illnesses that would normally prevent them from accessing these services.
I also developed a specific technique for breast cancer.
